The collins is a great compact contemporary home, and we’ve created a great 360 degree interior rendering, so the home can be experienced on a regular screen or in VR mode with glasses.
Three new versions of Plan 1168 are available, offering requested amenities such as dual master bedrooms, a gorgeous bonus room, or even an attached RV garage. Additionally, these homes may be available for viewing locally. Please let us know if you’d like to visit one.
The Haich adds a walkout (daylight) basement to popular plan 1177, which has been greatly requested by customers with sloping sites. For those with narrow sloping sites, we are also adding The Gardiner - plan 1221D - which offers a walkout basement with a narrow footprint. Site slopes up? Then we’re proud to introduce The Bingley - a modern upsloping design with great amenities to match the style.
The Lucas is a great plan for corner lots with office space and fantastic secluded outdoor area for all lifestyles, and for those looking for fun, adventure -- The King’s Hollow is a great Tudor style guest cottage accessory dwelling, following on from the hugely popular 5033 and 1173 series storybook cottages.
